Customer Question

I recently had to replace my iPad. I was able to copy everything over (I thought). Now, however, I have returned to my home in Wyoming. The iPad wanted the password XXXXX my local network. I wasn't sure of it, and typed in what I thought it might be. That wasn't it. Now whenever I try to join that network, a box comes up saying "unable to join the network "or-net" The only response given me is "Dismiss."

What can I do? I have tried turning turning Wi-Fi off, then on; turning the iPad off, then on; turning the router off, then on. I never again am given the option of entering a password (which of course I now know).

I have tried turning Wi-Fi off, then on; turning the iPad off, then on; turning the router off, then on. By the way, my laptop has no difficulty connecting to this wireless network.

Please click on Settings then Wifi

Click on the tiny blue arrow for your Network(it is small and on the far right)

Click on Forget this Network
