What is the brand and model number of your laptop?

It is not my lap top. I said I have a Mac OS X

Oh, sorry, your question came in under the laptop category so I assumed you were referring to a laptop. Do you have an iMac then?

Hi,

Please press the Clear key on your keyboard to activate/deactivate the keypad. (If needed, press & hold the Clear key for about 3 seconds.)

If it does not work, press at the same time the two keys Shift and Clear.

Please let me know if it works or not. Please reply via this web page. Thank you.
