hi,what error message did you get?
its says...your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable.
try to restore your iphone with recovery mode.here is how:1.Attach the phone to the pc 2.Turn the phone off 3.Press and hold power. Keep holding power. As soon as you see display on the screen of any sort press and hold home button. 4.Hold power and home together for *exactly* 10 seconds 5.Release power but keep holding home until the pc beeps as a USB device is recognized. 6.At no point will the display come on. Now your restore should work.open itunes on your computer, click yes when itunes asked if you want to restore.after finished restore try to activate again.
give that a try

did you just trying activate it today or you been doing for couple days already?
and at Verizon they said that the phone was activated today but it just doesn't say that on my phone or in my iTunes.
go here install the latest version of itunes
and activate again
you know you can activate the phone on the iphone itself
as long as you have wifi connected

give me a few minutes, let me see if apple server is down or not
downloading the latest version in iTunes did not work either.
