Hi, am about to attach the Excel file to expalin, is that ok?
Yes, please do. I will be happy to have a look.

ok.. Basically, on the sheet called 'WIP' I need to the list the rows related to that person on the previous sheet called 'JOB LIST' that have P in the related cell. i.e. Eleni has two P's, so those 2 rows will show up under her name… does that make sense?

Ok, thank-you!

Ok here you go

http://www.filesharesite.com/files/201204/13345531092012-04-16_040855_workbook1.xlsm.html

To run the macro click the Go! button on the first sheet at the top. You can have as many names and rows on sheet 1 and the macro will process them all

Please note that since there is a macro in the file you need to make sure that you have your Excel Options configured so that macros are allowed to run, otherwise nothing happens when you click the button.

Hope this is ok. Let me know if you have any questions, and thank you for clicking Accept if you are satisfied with the solution
