I was syncing my husbands iphone 4G with my itunes account and I somehow substituted all my contacts on his phone. His phone now has all my info and none of his.

Does he use his own computer with itunes? He most likely has a back up though there. Or are you aware if he uses a mobile me or iCloud account?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
Not sure. we just got 4Gs so we are not familiar with icloud or mobile me. Shall I get his computer and go to itunes?
Expert:  DaniBigApple replied 5 years ago.
Yes. When you open iTunes go to File> Preferences when the preference window pops up choose "Devices" this will confirm that you have a back up. Let me know what you find :D

He does not have itunes on his computer, only on his iphone
Expert:  DaniBigApple replied 5 years ago.
Oh noez. Are u aware if he has an email address that ends in
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
no he doesnt. It ends in .com
Expert:  DaniBigApple replied 5 years ago.
Ok well there is still hope. Follow the instructions I gave you on your itunes. Generally they do a back up before it syncs new information. There may be one in there.
Expert:  DaniBigApple replied 5 years ago.
If it is there, you should see the name of his phone with the time and date of the back up. If there is one we can restore from that back up
