Hi Use Mac Mail. When I print out the occassional email

Resolved Question:

Hi

Use Mac Mail. When I print out the occassional email it doesn't have a to / from / subject / date / etc. on the header.

Can you advise how to change please?

When the message that you want to print is open make sure that you have NOT clicked hide. Below the first example shows hide on the top right.
Next example does NOT show the Headers you must click "Details" on the top right to show them.

I just tested it and just make sure the top left corner of the message says "Hide" meaning that the details are viewable. When you see "Details" it means its hidden.

Thank you but do I really need to do this for every email.

I don't print them often but have to print loads at the moment.

Is there an option in preferences to turn on "do not hide"?

Go to Mail>Prefrences>Viewing and under show header detail choose Default.
