But I can definitely guide you on where to get your issue resolved. You need to email itunes store by going to the website

There, click on "Contact Support" to the bottom left corner. In the next page, click on "Get itunes support via express lane".

Just fill in all the information and send them the email. In the details section, mention the name/order number of the game. Also mention the last 4 digits of your credit/debit card so that they can easily process it.

They will respond to you in a maximum of 24 hours, so please be patient.
