Customer Question

This is what my computer is saying: I tried deleting my account and re-establishing but that did not work. My computer continues to say:

There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Verify the settings for account “MobileMe” or try again.

Have you done a successful migrate to iCloud?

Go to the site and do the migrate if you havent done so and then try again.

You need to know if you are on Lion 10.7. You can find this by going to the apple icon in the top left corner choose about this mac. It will then show the version you are using. Please make sure you meet the requirements below with the provided link from apple.
