Same screen. I push the on button and a screen comes up with
the power cord pointing toward and iTunes icon. nothing else works.

I did a reset. now all I get is a screen with the power charging plug pointing toward an apple iTunes logo. Nothing else responds.
It is plugged into my desktop.
does it recognize the iPad in itunes?
