Toby K. :

Hello, welcome to JustAnswer!

Toby K. :

Have you connected the iPad to the computer it syncs with? I'm just making sure, I don't want to assume you have.

Toby K. :

If that doesn't work, try the following:

1. Reboot your computer.

Toby K. :

Let me know if that works or not.

JACUSTOMER-qcmuzou2- :

Same screen. I push the on button and a screen comes up with

JACUSTOMER-qcmuzou2- :

the power cord pointing toward and iTunes icon. nothing else works.

Toby K. :

I think some of my chat is missing

Toby K. :

i wrote more than that earlier

Toby K. :

do you all you see is...reboot your computer?

Toby K. :

sorry..is the only thing you see is...'reboot your computer'?

JACUSTOMER-qcmuzou2- :

I did a reset. now all I get is a screen with the power charging plug pointing toward an apple iTunes logo. Nothing else responds.

Toby K. :

ok, good

JACUSTOMER-qcmuzou2- :

It is plugged into my desktop.

Toby K. :

Toby K. :

JACUSTOMER-qcmuzou2- :

Got to go for now will continue in AM. Thanks so far.
