Temporary Disabling Access:

Go to Macintosh HD and go to System folder. Inside the System folder, go to the Library folder. Inside the Library folder, go to the QuickTime folder. Go to the "directory" and locate the "QuickTimeUSBVDCDigitizer.component" file.

Copy and paste the QuickTimeUSBVDCDigitizer.component to desktop. Then drag the QuickTimeUSBVDCDigitizer.component file to trash. Leave only copy file on desktop.
