My new iphone will not sync with itunes on my Samsung R530

Resolved Question:

My new iphone will not sync with itunes on my Samsung R530 laptop.
I keep getting "Iphone can not be synced you do not have enough access privledges. error message.

Please go to Photos tab

Uncheck "Sync photos from Iphone" in Itunes

Customer:

Do I need to open I tunes and go to the photo tab

I am in itunes and photos tab...looking for what you are asking and can not find it.

do you see the box to sync photos?

OK I think I did it....

It says that I can not sync because I do not have enough access privledges.

RIGHT CLICK on the iTunes and select Run as administrator.

It is syncing photos...but I have done what you said one time prior...

It is syncing photos...which it already was doing before..it is the music I loaded from

what we can do is

RIGHT CLICK on iTunes.exe in c:\program files\itunes

NickMacIT :

select Properties

NickMacIT :

Then go to Compatibility and check the box "Run this program as administrator"

NickMacIT :

Click OK. then test it

NickMacIT :

when this is done. exit iTunes. do the Run this program as administrator.. then open iTunes and test to see if you will see the error message again.

I went to C:/program files / itunes

select properties...but ther eis no "Compatibility "

I deleted and reinstalled itunes earlier today too

OK. I think I found it on search command...I went to prpoerties , then compatibility and run as admin.

run iTunes again and try to sync with your iphone

Hold on...I went back to desk top and it is syncing still from before.

And now it is syncing music..which I have not been able to do before.
