it does not connect to my laptop

its says system restore needed go too wwww.applesupport.com
that is how to reset
i did that
it tells me the same thing
why do you want to restore?
you can try to reset all the settings
my entire phone
i just shut off
so i couldnt put it back on
I put it on the wall charger
and it said that it needs restored not RESET but i went to the General and setting, and reset all setting it did that but
you don't have the USB cable?
if i disconnect from the wall charger , it shuts down and does not come back up if i connect it to the computer
does it charge?
yeh, it was fully charged, up to yesterday
it just doesnt want to connect to the computer
if you take out from the charger on the wall
it shuts down right away?
i tried all the usb ports and it didnt work, i plugged somethng else into the port and it work eg a flash drive
can you turn it on?
not if its off the wall charger
it says iphone cannot make or recieve calls, restore from www.apple.com/support
so the iphone has battery issue
it has to be plugged in charger or computer
if it was batter issues, then it would still charge from the computer
when you plug in the computer, does it make a noise?
or a sound?
but the computer does not recognize and it did before, and like i said, its not the usb port, no, nothing happens when i plug it into the computer
so it is plugged to the computer?

wait for a minute
then see if you can see it turns on

you don't have to
actually try this
while your iphone is plugged in
HOLD power and home button for 12 seconds
You can try on another computer
see if it can recognize your iphone
i did, it didnt
did you try another USB cable?
no, i only have one that connects to the iphone, but the usb is working fine, because recognizes fmy flash drives
and the cable is good because it connects to the wall charger
