Thanks, took care of it. Same thing happened to my iPad. What do I do?

Please try to do the same to reset your ipad. HOLD power (on/off) button and home button for 12-15 seconds until you see the apple logo. Please ignore the turn off message. Release the buttons when you see the apple logo.

If does not work, you have to reset your ipad settings. go to Settings->General->Reset->reset all settings(1st choice).
