When I try and open an attachment, I got a note stating "There was an error opening this document. Acrobat cannot open this file while printing another document.
I have checked my printer que and it "is ready" with nothing waiting. I was also told to go into my Adobe icon and quit. I right clicked on the icon, hit quit, however this does not help. When I tried to install the latest version, I get the same message. Thanks - Lynn F

Restart the computer and try again.

The computer will not allow me to restart. I get the same answer. Adobe will not allow me to shutdown, or restart.

Go to Apple Logo to Force Quit and choose Acrobat
