Hi Martha,

What about the music? Does it produce any sound?

Thank You
Vinod

Customer replied 437 days and 6 hours ago.

I don't use it for music, but I will try that. It plays music.

let's check one more setting.

When you go into Settings > General, there is an option "use side switch for". What is it selected over there? "lock rotation" or "mute"?

Customer replied 437 days and 6 hours ago.

lock rotation has a check, mute does not

let's try this.

1. Double click the home button to display the recently used apps to the bottom layer of the screen.

2. Flick from left to right along the bottom of the screen.

3. You will find a speaker icon somewhere. If it has a slash on top of it, just tap on the icon so that the slash disappears.

4. Once done, click the home button once so that the bottom layer disappears.

Let me know whether this resolves your issue
