I cant get an app transaction to go through for my new iPad.

I can't get an app transaction to go through for my new iPad. It says please contact iTunes support for assistance with this transaction every time I try to buy an app, no matter what app it is. Please help. Thanks

Please open up iTunes on your computer

Click Store

Click your email address in the top right

Select View Account

Are you prompted to update your payment information? As a test, try a different debit or credit card.
