I had to restore my laptop to factory settings. Lost my i Tunes Library. My nano still has library down loaded except for most recent purchases. How can I restore my i Tune Library?Why am I on aswer.Mac? My PC is Windows Vista!

I was able to restore my account with i Tunes. All purchased music was there and I down loaded other music from my music file. No purchase was necessary.

I Tunes Library is a music file. And a "nano" is Apple's MP3 player.
