Hi,

You need to enter the WPA/WPA2 passphrase or password XXXXX the router settings.

If you are not sure how to find it from the router, let's try retrieving it from the computer.

On your computer, go to Start > Control panel. There, click on "Network and Internet". Then click on "Network and Sharing Center".

Now, to the leftmost column, you will find "manage wireless networks".

Just click on it. In the next page, you should see your wireless network listed. Just right click on it and then select "properties".

Click on the "security" tab there. Make sure "show characters" is selected. Now you will see the "Network Security Key". That is the one you need to use on the iphone.

Let me know whether this helps

Thank You
Vinod
