Customer:

I followed the above procedure however, the old PC must be on ITunes for me to view my playlist on the new PC? Is there a way to transfer the playlist permanently to my new PC?

ComputerCare1199 :

yes, there are 3 steps you need to do:

1. consolidating your itunes library
2.copy your itunes folder to external hard drive ( you can buy external hard drive at any computer store about $30-$79)
3.restore your itunes library backup ( to your new computer)
