Hello. Welcome to JustAnswer, a paid global support site.

Either you had a defective LCD or you might have damaged it during the install.

There is no software fix or anything you can configure on the iPhone to correct this. You will need to replace the LCD with a working one.

I'd remove it, contact the company/seller that you got it from and request a refund and/or exchange.

If you can't get either and need to order another, I'd recommend the one that would best fit your iPhone.

GSM (AT&T) iPhone 4 LCD (black): http://www.ebay.com/itm/230695270883

GSM (AT&T) iPhone 4 LCD (white): http://www.ebay.com/itm/230695270903

CDMA (Verizon) iPhone 4 LCD (black): http://www.ebay.com/itm/230696261624

CDMA (Verizon) iPhone 4 LCD (white): http://www.ebay.com/itm/230696261654

After getting the correct part, you will need to reinstall the part.

The lines are a result of damage (pushing on the LCD back or front) or defect (bad LCD part).

There are no other options.

Let me know if you need further assistance.
