My Apple ID is disabled, how to get it enabled?

my apple ID has been disabled, how to i get it enabled. i am unable to do anything with itunes or icloud.

I already did that. The account was hacked and the id and password were changed by unauthorized user 2 days ago. I contacted apple and changed the password and they reinstated the ID, however when i go to use my ipad/iphone i get the message "your apple id has been disabled"

In your iPhone, goto Settings. Tap Store. In Store, you can see your ID in there. Tap it and tap Sign Out. Then restart your phone and sign in again with your ID. Do the same for your iPad. Let me know if that didn't worked.
