I have a Macbook Pro 2009 and have just upgraded to Snow Leopard

Customer Question

I have a Macbook Pro 2009 and have just upgraded to Snow Leopard and bought OS Lion. Half of my applications don't work-Quicken, Microsoft office, etc. How can I uninstall Lion, and should I go back to Snow Leopard or Leopard???

How do I erase everything off my hard drive?
Expert:  Ashik replied 4 years ago.
Just insert the Snow Leopard disc, restart your Mac and hold down the C key on your keyboard. This will boot into the disc, once it booted into disc, click on Utilities menu and select Disk Utility. In Disk Utility, select your hard disk and click Erase. Close it and then follow the onscreen instructions to reinstall your OS X.
