I have tried downloading the upgrade Iso5 and Icloud twice.

I have tried downloading the upgrade Iso5 and Icloud twice. Both times have scheduled 8 hrs for this operation. Both times the program has timed out. Is there a solution for this? the Internet provider has assured me that there are no connectivity issues. Please help?
