Hi I installed microsoft office for mac 2008 on my Mac Book

Customer Question

"Hi I installed microsoft office for mac 2008 on my Mac Book Pro a few months ago and it recently froze trying to open a file called "normal.dtom" I get an "unspecifeid error location 2" message and have to force quit the application. All I know to try is rebooting the computer, and that doesn't work. Thanks

Please go to the Apple logo on the upper left of the screen, go to About This Mac (DO NOT Select More Info), and tell me the Version (under Mac OS X), the Processor and the Memory, it is all right there.
