Omer Mushahwar :

Hi I am one of the experts your authorizations could be used up from previous installs or machines the easiest way around this would be to go into your account and deauthorize all computers

To do that

Omer Mushahwar :

1. Open Itunes

Omer Mushahwar :

2. Click on Store

Omer Mushahwar :

3. Click view my account (you will need to be signed in if you are not sign in and then do this)

Omer Mushahwar :

4. Under the Apple ID Summary you will see it say Computer Authorization
5. Click Deauthorize All

Omer Mushahwar :

This will Deauthorize all your machines you will then have to authorize each computer you run itunes on

Omer Mushahwar :

Please let me know if you have any questions

thanks it worked just fine
