What is error did you install iTunes?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.

have had and used itunes since i purchased laptop couple of years ago. only experiencing problem now to download latest upgrade of 10.4.

error message only states that itunes cannot be downloaded and if problem persists that i need to try it manuaaly by going into tools>download. not even sure where to look for that
