I dropped my iPhone on a very hard surface (it landed on the top end). Now when I turn it on, all I get is a bright white screen. I can't reboot or anything. What should I do/

Try this first-

-Unplug the iPhone from the USB cable connection.
-Press and Hold the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons until the Apple Logo appears (about 15 seconds).

It should reboot and resume normal operation.

Ok I tried that and now nothing happens. The screen is black and I can't turn anything on.

Try it again, keep holding the buttons down until the Apple logo appears.

If that does not work, try plugging it into the WALL charger for 15 mins and repeat the process.

If that does not work, then your phone has sustained hardware damage and will need to be serviced.
