No I have only been able to use the library were my itunes are stored on my computer however I can use the the radio and listen that way

Expert:  Frederick S. replied 5 years ago.
OK; please uninstall all components related to iTunes and QuickTime from the Control Panel (start menu --> control panel --> add/remove programs) in the following order:

iTunes
QuickTime
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support (iTunes 9 or later)

Once that's done, please go ahead and go to http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ to get the latest version of iTunes (uncheck box boxes so that you don't have to type your email address) then click Download Now, install iTunes, and it should work just fine for you after that - thank you.

I don't understand. You completed everything and reinstalled iTunes and you still cannot access the store, even after a restart of the computer?
