on 6 nov 2009 I paid an invoice for mobileme invoice no XXXXXXXXXX and I cannot acess mobileme any more, what has happened, my attempts to contact with email andpassword XXXXX not recognised. I need mobile me, what do I have to do please?? I only want an answer to this request and not a monthly subscription as I do not have any other queries

on some photos in iPhoto banner shows "error occured" show mobileme preferences, I click on OK and either nothing or password on user name incorrect. I use the details entered when I originally signed up. I want to use mobileme, how do I do it?

Open Safari, and go to

On the bottom left, click Forgot ID/Password. Follow the instructions to reset your password, and provide the new password when you are asked.
