OSXpert :

Hi, my name is Britton. Are you available?

Customer:

yup im here

OSXpert :

Did you change your password XXXXX either through a web interface or on another device? If so, you will need to change it on your Mac as well. Failing that, the easiest solution is probably to remove and re-add your mail account to Mac Mail

Customer:

will my current messages be safe?

OSXpert :

who is your email provider>

Customer:

OSXpert :

Customer:

Customer:

OSXpert :

OSXpert :

it will ask your for your email address, password XXXXX

OSXpert :

Customer:
