This answer was rated:

I just installed Lion on my Mac Pro.
Photoshop and In Design no longer work.
What do I do?
What version of InDesign?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
In Design is CS 3.
Photoshop is CS 4.
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
I've downloaded them.
Where do I find them to install?
In your username / Downloads folder.
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
Installed both Java scripts.
I'm working in Aperture.
Trying opening a picture in Photoshop.
Did not work.
OK forget Aperture for now can you open Photoshop at all?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
Opened Photoshop.
Dragged a pic in from the desktop.
It appears to be working.
OK InDesign CS3 will most likely not work in Lion you will have to Upgrade.... PPC apps are not supported any more.
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
Back Aperture.
I think the issue may be that when I go to Photos dropdown,
it says Photoshop CS ... not Photoshop CS4.
How do I set it up where it knows to go to CS4?
Preferences / Export / External Photo Editor.
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
While I have you ...
Can you walk me through downloading an update of In Design?
This is not an update it is an Upgrade you will have to pay for it. You cannot update to CS5.5, it is a paid Upgrade, sorry.
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
