Customer Question

Dear XXXXX G.,

Thanks, XXXXX XXXXX I type in "ctloader.bundle" the response is "The folder can't be found."

I am using 10.6.8 and have tried to open Safari from v3,xx to v5.1 all with no luck. Safari has been my default browser. I used Firefox to download the latest Safari once again. No dice. I do not know what mythical version of Safari accepts the Community Toolbar. Is that a windows pox? The plug-in to which I was briefly referred had TV in it.

Hello, my name is Dan.
I will do my best to help you, the only stupid question is the unasked one.
Have you or someone else installed the Vuse viewer?
This is how it is said to be rid of it.
Your hard drive/Library/InputManagers/CTLoader, if there is one.
Or open a new Finder window/Applications/Toolbars folder/Vuse and double click the Vuse uninstaller
That may do it.

Expert:  Daniel replied 5 years ago.
Where did you think there should be a graphic?
What is in the ToolBar folder?
