Oh!! sorry to hear that.

Try to reset the password for your account by going to

http://iforgot.apple.com

Unfortunately, we are not affiliated to itunes/Apple. So, if the above solution does not help, you need to contact itunes store through email. You can email them by going to

www.apple.com/support/itunes

There, click on "itunes store account and billing". Then click on "account security". Now to the right, you will find a button called "email us". Click on that to email them. They will reply to your email, so make sure you enter your correct email address. You need to give the apple id which is disabled. Also, enter the names of 1-2 purchases you made using that account in the details section so that they can verify your account fast.

This process will take around 24 hours.

But If your phone is under warranty, you can also contact apple care 1-800-2752273 and get it resolved right away.
