Customer Question

How To Airprint Ipad2 Documents Using My Canon Pixma Mx870 Inkjet Printer?

Already Tried:
I used "FingerPrint" software, but unsuccessfully. My iPad2 is wirelessly connected to the MX870, but I am unable to print. Each time the message "You do not have permission to use this printer" shows up. Please advise whether there are other ways to enable me to print my iPad2 documents. Perhaps, you have a new software for "AirPrinting" that can resolve my problem.

Your answer did not help at all. I spent time and found my own answer on the web. Collobos "FingerPrint" software prints iPad2 docs wonderfully on Canon Pixma MX870 Inkjet Printer. I bought this software (@$7.99) and it's working perfectly.
