If your server is already blocking spam then it should already be going into the spam folder. It is not?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
No it's not but only since I bought iPad .I don't find a block spam tab which blocks future mail from past contacts.
Does thi make sense?

Yes you cannot set that in iPad it has to be done on the server level.
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
How at the server level. The server can't distinguish mail from sources that I decide I don't want to get without instruction. On the laptop you can obviously just block it .Is there no such facility on iPad and if not why not?
Expert:  Mike replied 5 years ago.

I am talking about stuff that has been of interest in the past but is now just marketing material and suchlike and I just want the facility to block it going forward as you can on a laptop. I only use iPad now.
Expert:  Mike replied 5 years ago.
you can‘t do it on the iPad you have to do it from the account settings. Who is your email provider?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
It is a service provider that supports a private company operating email on Microsoft . Should I go back to them?
Expert:  Mike replied 5 years ago.
Is there a web access? There may be settings you can change there.
