Greetings,What kind of video call was going on? Was it a Skype, Yahoo, or other program?
Ok, are you asking this just as a future reference or did it happen to you?
Do you know if it was done through a website?
The problem with many websites, including video calling websites, is that there may be a variety of pop-ups that display before, during, or after the video call.
It was as we were hanging up. It was a video of what looked like a penis
The actual video calling program will not pop up an uninvited porn picture, but the websites that were up, may do so without your Okay.
Was the video in the same screen that you saw the original video in?
I think we had pushed the off button
In short, the likelyhood that such a thing would happen are very slim.
Perhaps, it was just a random image that wasn't really a porn picture, but just resembled what you think it looked like.
Is there anything else I can be of assistance with today?

If someone had been on a website before the call, could it have popped up? I will press accept but did not want
to lose you yet
The way video is encoded and decoded dictates that it would not have popped up like that if someone was on their before.
This was very likely just a random issue.
