You will have to go into the router and change the password.

admin through 192.168.1.1 if you are sure that is the address, of course you need that password XXXXX get in, you may have to reset the router. Was the router supplied by your ISP?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
We've tried looging in with "admin" through 192.168.1.1 before contacting JustAnswers. This doesn't work.

Any other suggestions?

You will have to contact your ISP they might be able to walk you through resetting the router or they might be able to do it remotely. Sorry.

Did you try using "password" or nothing as the password XXXXX the router?

Just tried both, but neither worked.

Sorry
