I will do my best to help you, the only stupid question is the unasked one.
Can't blame you a bit for that, I have zero use for Norton.
One way is this utility called AppZapper, AppZapper - The uninstaller Apple forgot , that will hunt it down and trash it.
I think Norton has an uninstaller Norton uninstaller that should do it.
