I'm not sure what the preview app is
Expert:  Ashik replied 5 years ago.
These articles will tell you everything : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Preview_%28software%29 or http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2506

You can open the Preview application from Applications folder. In Preview application, to view your PDF files, click on File menu and select Open. Then load your PDF files. Let me know if that doesn't worked..

Best Regards,
Ashik

Hi, I'm Mary and I'll do my best to help you solve your Mac issue.

Sorry, but I'll have to ask you a few questions to get started:

  1. Can you describe your problem in a bit more detail. What happens when you try to open these particular PDF file?

  2. Where did these PDF files come from?

  3. Is it all PDF files or just certain ones?
It may take some back and forth, but I'm sure we'll identify the problem and find a solution for you.
