VanMagnus Systems :

Hi, I am sorry that you are having this issue. I know that you need this right away...

VanMagnus Systems :

Now What OSX are you using?

VanMagnus Systems :

Also, do you have another PC or Mac around to burn and image for the disk?

Customer :

I can't tell you what OSX I'm using because I can't get into the Mac to read "About this Mac"

Customer :

I am writing you from my macbook.

VanMagnus Systems :

It should be on Disk 1. Yes?

Customer :

On Mac OS X Install Disc 1 it says I'm using

Customer :

version 10.4.7

Customer :

I would like to cancel my order with you as this is taking far too long. How can I do that?
