JACUSTOMER-oodfe3ei- :

I have not received an answer to my problem. is there a communication problem?

JACUSTOMER-oodfe3ei- :

where should i look for the answer? in email or in chatbox

OSXpert :

Sorry, we seem to be out of sync, I'll post some instructions here in a few minutes, check back to this chat window and I'll have some things for you to try out. You mentioned you tried holding the mouse button during a reboot?

JACUSTOMER-oodfe3ei- :

yes i did. it did not solve the problem

OSXpert :

Try this...

Click: Finder->Applications->Utilities->Terminal

A window should open containing a text prompt (a place for you to type stuff in). From here, type 'drutil eject' (without the quotes) and hit the return/enter key. It's important to type that command exactly as I have typed it above. Note the <space> in-between the 'drutil' and 'eject' keywords.

Let me know how that goes.

JACUSTOMER-oodfe3ei- :

IT WORKED! Thank you very much
