Omer Mushahwar :

Hi I am one of the experts here on Just

Omer Mushahwar :

To be able to place MP4 movies into word press you first need the embedded quicktime pluggin
You can get the pluggin here

After you download the plugin you need to do the following steps

  1. Upload all files to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory

  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress

Omer Mushahwar :

Once the plugin is activated you should be able to add mp4s to your wordpress posts

I already "accepted," and loaded the plug-in and (browsed for and found) and clicked on video, which I think uploaded, but is not visible on the Post. But WordPress now seems hung-up on the initial DashBoard screen, telling me I "can wait for them (pages) to become responsive or 'Kill pages'." What to do?
Expert:  Omer Mushahwar replied 5 years ago.
you can kill the pages close the browser than go back in it may have simply hung up on the first use let me know what happens after you kill it and go back in
