I downloaded a movie from itunes store and then it the same problem happends when i down loaded a digital copy

So what I understand is that while downloading the movie, error 42003 happened, and the movie no longer downloaded, correct?

yes, well it shows the movie in my itunes but when i click it to watch it the error comes up

You can go to www.apple.com/support/itunes. Click on video purchases under Get Customer Service. Then on video purchases again.
