click on start
type cmd in the search box and press enter
In that black window, let's type ipconfig/flushdns
and then press enter
now let's open itunes and try to deauthorize
YES! it worked
now let's close and reopen itunes and then authorize your computer
now click on store on the top menu and then click "check for available downloads"

You can go to www.apple.com/support/itunes. Click on video purchases under Get Customer Service. Then on video purchases again.
Then to the right side click on "Get Started" button.
You will be able to reach the itunes store
