Customer Question

My MicWord 2004 abruptly stopped running. I was recording audio with the Notebook feature. I force quit MicWord. I see my file in the recovery files folder in the trash bin. I want to get that audio back. The file is a "Word Work File R." It won't let me open this in Quicktime. I don't know how to get that audio back. If I try to open it up in MicWord again, it wants to convert the file, and it pulls up a bunch of jibberish.
