I have had nothing but trouble logging into lycos and receiving e-mails. My husband even installed a new server and it worked for one day. I am totally frustrated and disgusted.
I have gone to the help desk on lycos with no results.
My next step is to discontinue using lycos completely. All of these problems started when you changed your format to Zimbra.

OK first this is and we would have nothing to do with your Zimbra. What error are you getting when you try to log into Lycos and what kind of server did your husband install?
