Customer:

I have installed the printer driver, but when I try to print and they ask for the name of the printer, the Epson Artisan 50 does not show up in the printer list and I can't add it, it says error in the Add printer. It still won't print

Mike the MacMedic :

Go to Applications/Utilities/Printer Setup Utility. Select the plus sign and your printer should show up there. Select it and click on Add.

Customer:

I did go on to the Utility set up menu and a printer menu showed up and it was blank, there were no printers listed on it. Now what?

Mike the MacMedic :

How is the printer connected?

Customer:

It's connected to the power source and to the computer.

Mike the MacMedic :

I mean how USB?

Customer:

I got past the password XXXXX Besides my computer is aou 9 or 10 years old, I have no idea where that original disc is.

Mike the MacMedic :

What original disk?

Mike the MacMedic :

What password XXXXX?

Mike the MacMedic :

You are supposed to download the driver from the link I gave you and install.
