Hi My name isXXXXX hope i can help you.

To upgrade into 10.4, you have to buy the Mac OS X 10.4x Tiger Retail Discs, you cannot download it from internet (legally). When you get the discs, just insert it to your Mac and follow the onscreen instructions to upgrade. Also, its hard to find the 10.4 Tiger Retail Discs from retail stores like Apple, Best Buy etc. But you can easily get from online stores like, etc.

Hope this helps !!
