messed when trying to organize pictures in iphoto. . . mouse

Resolved Question:

messed when trying to organize pictures in iphoto. . . mouse slipped & my imac started to copy 8000+ pix to the desktop, after computer seemed to freeze, I turned it of to try to reset, now everything is frozen in NORMAL mode and SAFE mode is slow as hell??? How can i fix

Since you can boot into Safe Mode (even if it slow), can you delete the pictures from desktop ?

I was able to delete the photos from the desktop in Safe mode, but now a few wierd things are happening in Normal Mode, specifically iTUnes cannot find my iphone. I dont dee any other problems right now.

Connect your iPhone in another USB Port and see if iTunes recognize it.

tried all 4 ports on my imac, iphotos can recognize iphone, but itunes still cannot
