I may be very wrong about this, but I am somewhat afraid of using a free ap. Do you use it? Can I convert all my files in Apple Works convert?
Expert:  Kyle Brockman replied 6 years ago.

iWork will let you open AppleWorks word-processing, spreadsheet, and presentation documents. It will not open DB because it doesn't have a DB program. I have used openoffice for years. It's a nice suite, and it has a database app. I would say getting both isn't a bad idea. I use iWork as my main suite, if there something it doesn't do that I will use openoffice.
