I have recently added CD albums to my iTune music library.

Customer Question

I have recently added CD albums to my iTune music library. When attaching my iTouch to put the music on the iTouch it doesn't move it over. I have plenty of room on the iTouch. Why??

Hello, my name is Dan.
Can you fill in some details please?
What version iTunes and Mac OS X is on your machine?
What steps did you use to try to get the music from iTunes to the iPod?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.

iTunes version 9 software 3.13

Operating system Microsoft Windows Vista

I"m set up to sync and downoad automatically when I attach the iTouch to the computer. I have at least 1,000 songs on my iTouch now and this problem has never happened before

Expert:  Daniel replied 6 years ago.
Did you just do an update to iTunes from Apple or any software updates from MS?
Have you tried manually syncing?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
Yes. a box told me a new version of of the software (3.13) WAS AVAILABLE AND I DOWNLOADED IT.
Expert:  Daniel replied 6 years ago.
Then you installed it on the iPod? Did you let it finish the install?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
I ASSUME THAT I DID.

You the caps on again.
Do this after disconnecting the iPod form your machine.
Then reconnect and see what it does.

YOU SENT ME TO THE APPLE/ITUNE SUPPORT SITE. I COULD HAVE DONE THAT WITHOUT YOUR INPUT. ANSWER UNACCEPTABLE!
